From individual training to a focused course
After years of delivering CTMusA and ATMusA training and teacher pedagogy through one-to-one lessons, I have developed a more efficient, straightforward course. The ten-week programme includes fifty hours of tuition and a defined sequence of practical assessments.
A first cohort with something extra
Applications are invited for thirty places in this special first cohort.
Participants will receive at least one additional hour of tuition each week, offering extra support to complete every assessment successfully and time to explore a wider range of repertoire and teaching strategies.
This first cohort will be a chance to learn closely together, share ideas, and help shape the course for future teachers.

Build towards accreditation and diploma study
The IMPA course develops the pedagogical, professional and business-practice evidence needed for MTA accreditation pathways. Its projects also support preparation for AMEB CTMusA and ATMusA teaching diplomas. Accreditation and diploma awards remain subject to the relevant body’s requirements and assessment.
